Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to process any insurance claims for you. We accept most traditional dental insurance plans, if the plan allows you to see any orthodontist of your choice. Certain exceptions apply, and our patients are responsible for any amount, if the insurance does not pay their portion.

Financial

We offer multiple options for payment such as Visa or Master Card, flexible monthly payments and flex accounts. There is no interest or finance charge if payments are current. In addition, we offer discounts for payment in full at the start of treatment, as well as family discounts.

Fees quoted are effective for six months following the initial exam.

If treatment is terminated due to transfer, the treatment fee will be pro-rated.
